Depends how consistent those numbers are and the exact niche (some gaming niches aren't particularly evergreen). Probably looking at around $10k.

How do package offers work price-wise? I ended up getting pcrepairs.nyc, pcrepair.nyc, macrepairs.nyc and macrepair.nyc as soon as pre-registrations opened. I know that's very vague, and to be perfectly honest, I haven't decided whether or not to build them up first and try to generate my own traffic. Advice on anything much appreciated. I'll have more data when the domains go live in April.

I don't really have much experience with adult sites. Have sold a few but it's not very in demand with the buyers I deal with, so couldn't say what it's worth.

As they are undeveloped domains, I would have no idea. This thread is just for established sites. I can't imagine any of those domains are worth much more than reg fee, though.

As the site is still under a year old, it's likely worth around $5k. Best to grow it to $XXXX a month and at least a year of history before selling.

I need to sell that site asap, give me some tips where to sell etc Need some money for another project.

Sit contains around 25 Articles, and most of them are ranking on Google.... No Blackhat seo done, all stuff are manually done....
Site is expected to Cross 600$ in this month....

As well there were few chances of getting a paid post as well, but I failed to Pitch them properly or else would have craced them for 200$, Chances are high if a buyer knows how to crack a Paid post directly from the client. But its an extra stuff what completely depends on Buyers Smartness, where i failed....

Hope i havent forget any thing... All stats, Adsense Income can be verified through Team Viewer, So over to you brother... what you think on this.

Not going to be worth that much as you're selling paid reviews and your own services. The traffic will have some value, though. I think ~$1000 would be about right.

Depends what happens in March as February declined vs. January which isn't a good sign, especially with a young site. Probably worth in the region of $2-3k, though.

Keep it a little longer. Ideally you want 12 months (although 6 months can work) history to get any sort of decent price.

As far as I remember, you can change reserve price (up or down) whenever you like ASSUMING the reserve has not already been met. If it has already been met, it can't be changed.

I'm assuming the adsense revenue would be between 700 and 1000/mo as it sits. Any opinion on worth?

Projected revenue isn't worth much/anything. You'll ideally need at least 3 months of revenue history (at the minimum) assuming you have traffic history.
