Mostly untouched exact match domain. Based on a documentary. No SEO. KW pulls 12k exact monthly searches.
Currently 30-50 daily UV.
Page 1 on Bing, who knows on google.
Adsense: 0.02-0.20 a day.

I bought it planning on it banking in about 6 months from now but some things in life have changed and I'm going to sell some of my sites.

Had a 80% bounce rate. I believe this is due to a overlayed <div> [non-adsense] ad I used. I'm going to ditch it and see what happens.

Daily profit around 6$. I got contacted by a keyword competitor looking to buy one of my sites. It's ranked #1 for their main keyword and isn't monetised (it's an informative site). They want to either buy it or do a 301 redirect to their homepage - do you have any idea what figure I should charge? Should it be based on the number of keyword searches or any other factor?

Traffic is 2k unique per day, domain age is 15 months.

I suppose it's a case of supply and demand, but I'd really like an informed second opinion. Thank you!

So I have a site which ranks on the first page for major keywords an example is one keyword which is one word and has 84M results and my site ranks second so SEO on the site is strong, it takes about an hour a day to update to add videos to the site and it roughly makes around $600 a month with CPM not really tried to monetize the site.

Site stats from analytics are added and the site is roughly around 4 months old

Difficult niche to sell to be honest.

Sounds quite stable if you've been earning that for 2 years so it would be in the $25k range.

See what they offer and take it from there. My valuation wouldn't really help.

The site would probably need a little more history to get a decent price - right now it's probably worth $4-5k although it would depend how well it did at auction as it would be too small for a broker.

Nothing at the moment. Adsense almost always gets banned on wallpaper sites and you really need to have at least 6 months of revenue history to sell for anything reasonable.

I want your opinion on my website, a free web hosting service that works as a reseller of a major hosting provider. The running cost is zero since its a free reseller. The total amount of impressions last month of the network of sites hosted was 100,000. You can add advertisements to all hosted websites when ever you want. The site is just one month old and has already gotten 500 accounts of free users. All incoming traffic to the main hosting site is through Google Organic Search.

No current revenue as the hosting service is currently ad free.
Any estimate of how much this can be sold ?

Do you think $10k was enough? buyer forced me to make a quick decision and sell it, site already had bid of $7k on flippa and 4 days were still left in the auction. I was wondering on how much SEO reselling site with revenue are worth.

Here is an example: Site with $3400 revenue and $2800 in profit. 6000 uniques and established Feb 2013. I would link to the flippa auction but I cant post links.

How would you verify the income of sites with only paypal snapshots as payment proof. What do you think is the likelihood of being scammed for this particular site.

And how trustworthy to do you think it is to buy these types of sites? Thanks for any information and sorry if this is the wrong thread to ask this in.
