What is the metrics to sell it at $ 8K price?
How much adsense income, or Buysellads, or Affiliate income to eligible to sell at $ 8K price?

The websites monthly revenue is $500. (please be aware that it earns money without any effort- re-selling).

How much do you think a website like that would be worth?

I really have no clue on how much money to ask to not sound stupid. so please help me!!!

have a 1 month old site that made 15 dollars in a month and had 376 unique users all money was made from cpa got upto 40 users in a day how much you guys think i can get for this if I ​can get anything at all lol .

Not much at this stage.

Twoseperate sites, one in dating and one in insurance quotes, $5000 last year through EWA for both sites combined, all organic traffic.

Is that enough for a rough estimate?

I can't really give you an idea what you'd need to sell it for $8k, but likely around $500 a month.

March : 55$
April : 200$

I know you cant tell much based on those data. I'm just curious about the multiples that I could get if earning continues to grow in the next 5-6 months, considering the fact that i'm using amazon as a source of monetization.

Lot of folks here talks about adsense, but i've never seen anyone talking abotu amazon here.

75% of the traffic comes from google.

I can 100% assure you that sale did not go through. I have been doing this for a living for years, so I know bullshit when I see it.

Not 1 comment on a sale over $300k, come on man that is easily spottable BS. You are right, that in some situations a site is worth more than just a multiple of the monthly sales or profit, but this certainly is not one of those situations. Be weary of this BS people.

I know dating sites make good money, especially if I were to cater to reviewing each site and sending traffic to other sites. I just bought it the other day and I'm pretty sure it could be a goldmine just for the name. What are your thoughts?
