earnings: started getting earnings from 35 days and the average is $300 per month


No work is needed at all except adding content if the new site owner want to do, It has 5 pages of good quality minimum 600 words to 1000 words articles + the normal TOS, etc pages running on wordpress.

Doesn't have enough earning history.

Hey Meathead. Thanks for the free valuation. This is a very new site that doesn't have a large backlink profile but has enough site authority to rank for long tails fairly well. I plan to keep working on SEO but I would like to see how much it is worth right now.

I'd like to earn 4-5 months and show stability to increase multiples when selling, but that's a risk. So I want to know it's worth now, and perhaps what its worth will be in 5 months if earnings are around $350 every month from now until 5 months later. Id like to use this to help my decision if I should sell now, or wait / take risk and sell later.
More Info: Ranks 1-2 position for main keyword. Ranks 2 in US, 2 in Indian. More traffic (70-75%) from India.

It's not old enough right now. You really need about 6 months of history if you want to get a half decent price.

if you really have 200k PV's a day, then you should be making at least $40 per day with a basic CPM network.
cpm will be your best way to monetize with that many page views, give it a shot man.

Sounds like a solid site. It would depend quite a lot on how much work you spend on the site and how consistent the income is, but it would likely sell for around $110k through a broker, and probably a bit less if you listed it on a public marketplace like Flippa.

Thanks for the insights, very fast too! I spent around ~7 hours a week to maintain this site at it's current level. Some parts of the year it's busy because I hold contests/"events" so those times I probably spent closer to 15 hours a week on mandatory stuff. Income is pretty consistent year-round, with December/Jan and June-early Sept being quite impressive due to people being off from school I gather.

You'll get around 18x earnings for <$10k Adsense sites on Flippa if you run the auction properly.
