Age: I have just registered it

It is an a fairly monetizable niche.

What is a domain like this worth? And how easy would it be to rank?

Domain speculators and some offers on auction sites ask ridiculously high prices. the sale price is often solely what it's worth to the buyer. There are tangible factors that effect the value of pre-existing names, mainly in their search ranking potential.

Awesome! When I look it up on Moonsy, it shows PR0 and it is not listed in DMOZ or Yahoo directories. It does not have an Alexa rank either. Does this decrease the value as of now? Also, is the domain age a noticable variable in the price? It has of course been registered before, but it re-registered it recently. Will Google treat it like an entirely new domain?

It depends on the name and as well what the BL looks like, from the numbers you provided it's nothing more worth than the registration fee!
