Hello guys i have a quick question :)
I am try to get into a niche while i am trying to search my kws i see most of the results for top ten high pr and not even related to the topic. But their page pr is nearly NA in top ten. It is like that even for the most stupid kw and the kw search volume is arround 10, nevertheless all the high pr domains top ten. Like i said they are not related to topic.
So what matters actually before i am going into the niche, do you think should i check the page pr ?
Thank you for your all valuable answers :)

PR of sites do not matter any more. There were so many sites that were built into authority sites since PR ceased being updated that it really is a useless metric. I like to look at a combination of the Domain and Page authority. If high DA and no PA that means that Google is serving them for the query simply because the authority of the domain appeased their algorithm.

If they have high PA as well that means you are in for more of a challenge :-) Hope this helps

I understand, i am using seo powersuite and i am not able to look DA and PA, do you know any automated tool that i can look it up quick :)

# of juice links pointing to that specific page in the SERPs.
TrustFlow (can be rigged - do you due diligence)

These things matter a bit more than DAPAPR

After the google updates page Rank Dead Now it's no matter of the website PR. In these days we just focus on the website DA domain authority.

I see :) Thank you very much for your valuable answers

You should not confuse toolbar PR with Google algorithmic PR. Toolbar PR is a usless and dropped metric, but Goofle still has PR that it assigns to every site. No one knows what it is, but you can make guesses by looking at domain metrics.
