Not much, for one must people will notice the L instead of I and also unless u are a true blackhat terms and are using it for phishing then there would be no point as people wouldn't accidently type in that domain.

I've been using the domain in some fake giveaway Instagram accounts. It will probably give a much higher click ratio as it looks like an i in a capital (I) but is in fact, a l (L) lnstagram (L) > Instagram (i).
Looks like a legit link then right
