What is linkth.is ?

Ive been seing few streaming websites hiding their openload link behind "linkth.is/embed/xxxxxxx"
Once you get to this URL, this is only a 302 Redirect to the real openload link.

Question is: why do they use this redirect link? Is this for SEO?

Also, why this linkth.is website is not responding to anything else than the redirect links?
Doing a small whois I know that this domain is bought by Cloudfare. Is there another interface from where you can request hiding links?

Can you tell me more about this one? Im curious

They could be using it for tracking clicks. Sounds like just a link shortener like bit.ly (bitly.com)

They are using it to embed openload links? so they can avoid or slow down dmca take downs on openload links i think. Its pain in ass.
