I install WP tweet Bomb 1.6, When I activated I got following ERROR

Ioncube not found!

WPTB requires ioncube to be installed on your server. Ask your host to install "ioncube loaders" for you and WPTB will work

it means some plugin files are encrypted with ioncube so you cant change them or view code

the author of the plugin has encoded the script so people can't steal the source code. he used ioncube. you need the loaders to run it, there's no other way. you have to have it installed by a server admin. usually most shared hosts have it preinstalled. if you are using a dedicated you have to learn how to do it yourself.

It's an encoder for PHP scripts that is used for copy protection - it stops people from viewing the source so they can't tinker with the script. Your WP plugin will have been encoded to stop people stealing or reusing it.

You may need to download a loader from http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php or you might just be able to contact support at your host and get them to enable ioncube support.
