As you can see in above image, Insta showing same hashtag twice with different post counts. Any idea which one is correct?

It is just the same at this end as well. Probably a bug? But they both have different mood boards though. The one on the top has some attractive images with more engagements.

typical typo methods used for phishing.
 
Typo issue with "I" and "i". One is Uppercase one is lowercase but same letter
 
Instagram smokes some funky stuff sometimes, but i think this is more a font issue like Mr Spuf said with is and capitalization and not instagram hitting the pipe.
