As the title, how else would there be incent if no GPT and no content locking is allowed.

are you referring for incent offers in cpa? that means you buy traffic from traffic provider etc.

It basically means providing an incentive to the user for completing the offer. It can be in the form of content locking (providing access to content after offer completion) or GPT. However besides these 2 things, I can't think of any other form of incent.

Yes, I can't think too, but in the offer description it says incent allowed but no gpt and content locking, so it's confusing what the advertiser means.
