What is HQ Links ??

Hello bosses in the house. I want to know more about seo and how HQ links works.

Question 1.
If a comment link is placed on a niche related comment with lot of spammy comment link there if i place my link there is it considered as quality link?

Question 2.
If I place a link on niche related comment where no link is placed before or just 2-5 links is placed with just a simple text in the comment like hello is it consider as quality link? Note there is no much context in the comment box just the hello while the name field is my anchor text same goes to the website filed.

Question 3.
If a link is placed on a non-related niche with just only ur link or 2-5 links there is it considered as quality link. Does the comment box text matters at all?

Seo gurus please come and clear my doubt please.

HQ = High-Quality (rarely happens to find a service of a high-quality nowadays)

2. Yes, as long as it's not spammy and shitty then it's not really worth
3. Useless but still counts

A colleague above gave answers so I will add something from myself.

1. Get links ******** (if you get the links yourself then add to the Chrome or Firefox the nofollow links recognition plugin).
2. Exchange links. Write to websites known and valued in your industry or topic. Often people want to enter into cooperation.
3. If you have a budget, buy sponsored articles. This is the real HQ now.
