I think finance, product review niche would be highest paying niche.
In finance for eg. Loans , Credit cards???

Trending technology is not limited to one. Crypto's are gone these days really. Obviously finance or wealth management will give more attention but loads of crowd.
If you're a tech related person either in software development, solution building, or cloud, you can even create a new stream in these domains and attract high-level and quality audiences.

Some have high cpm but low search value. Not many people will search for * personal injury lawyer*
So you need to find balance between cpm and search volume.
1. Affiliate marketing (20-60 $cpm)
2. Real estate ( 10-60 $ cpm)
3. Make money ( same as above)
Cpm depends on geography. Also if someone watch the full video cpm will increase. Once i got 860$ cpm from 1 viewer. That means Around 40 cents from him.
If someone watches the full video and click the ad you will get higher cpm. It depends on lot of factors
