Nuker already mentioned the vps company in this post. Search for it. Binary is sending ****** and affiliate links so he can't really post on thread as sending affiliate links is against the rules so he prefers to pm. Look at post #6 and you will find it that OP has already mentioned it.

is this 5$ pritell vps any good? is it reliable? it seems like something new so who knows ?
 
I asked to unblock my IP to sign up for their service, because I'm not from USA, but they never responded back to me.
 
It was offline message actually, not live chat and first time they replied to my questions:
You can use our service (from your country). If you send your IP we can unblock it. The bandwidth is unlimited. If we feel that you are using more then your "fair share" we will put a limit on your upload download speed. This is for extreme cases. As far as sending email we do not allow email marketing on our servers.

I've been using Pritell for about 2 weeks now....so far no problems. Setting up a Windows Server 2008 took about a day to get it up and running as tech sport had to walk me through the steps...however once it got up and running...its been running.

Glad I got in before the masses.

yea but at $5/mth its a fraction of xservers $35/mth.. i wouldnt prepay a dubious server.. can i also know the hosting providor?
