Dumb question I know but what in the hell is guest posting? Should it be used as tier 1 or tier 2? When buying them on here is it not very safe? It seems like a good idea for diversity in links but I just wanted to be sure.

If somebody is offering a guest post as a service on BHW do they provide the content or would I?

If it offer as a service most likely it is a PBN. You should be choosy when guest posting consider its ranking and etc.. the backlink should be pointing to your moneysite (if its me).. well it depend on you.
