What is Google Keyword Matrix?

Saw a girl selling gig on Fiverr saying she would "verify" google keyword matrix on websites and that it will get them traffic. She is getting good reviews and all. But then I noticed in her other gigs that she offered the same thing and said she would guarantee 1 or 6 months organic traffic from Google. That got me thinking. What is the meaning of verifying kewords? How does it bring traffic? Can't find any info anywhere about it. But her gigs do tell me indirectly that the traffic isnt going to be permanent. Is there any way we can do it ourselves?
