What is Good Semi-Auto Blog Posting Software

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good semi-automatic blog posting software? I would like it to include as many platforms as possible, show PR, show ****************/nofollow and any other information would be helpful as well (outbound links, etc).

Not Scrapebox type (I have it and like it), I'm looking to do some manually where the software can just pop in my name, email, url, and I leave a comment.

I know Free Blog Commenter (never updated) is on the forum and there are things like Comment Kuhauna... just looking for something better if it exits, not worried about price.

Scrapebox can operate in semi-auto just as well. Did you try posting in manual mode?
