Honestly, making conclusions from just 40 clicks isn't enough. Your traffic is all over the place and you don't have any US clicks which convert the best/bring in the highest EPC. You can't expect to have a lot of conversions from the countries you are currently getting traffic from. There are other factors like the quality of your LP, traffic source, content locker optimization etc to take into account also.

Oh how sad but I seen they give details why this happens and it seems its because of not your imaginary shaving and conspiracy but because of Instagram UPDATE of inside browser, go and read it - they wrote all details.

This is correct. OGADs sent us all information on this Instagram update and issue. That being said OGads has a lot of issues in general. I normally am the first to hate on some of their major short comings but in this particular case there is another cause.

Concluding something from 40 clicks isn't possible. But concluding something from 40 clicks per day for many days is more doable.
It is possible to have 10 conversions from 40 clicks, no problem. I am experiencing problems with OG Ads these days, too.
They released a statement about their links being opened via "_blank", which was broken after Instagrams update, but I do not use Instagram for traffic currently.
Korni made some goods points about LP and the other factors (y).
