Moniker recently underwent a site wide password reset, citing security reasons. Until yesterday, I had not had the time to reset my password. I called Moniker support (international call from Australia) and I waited on the phone for half and hour. After I had waited for 30 minutes I was prompted to leave a message with my details so that someone from Moniker customer service could call me back. I left my details and my Australian phone number but I have my doubts as to whether they will call an Australian number and I may not be able to answer because of time differences etc. etc. Does anyone know if Moniker customer service is overwhelmed at the moment or is this just a once off bad experience?
