What is going on here ? Can someone explain

from what I understand, people are selling paccoins at the rate on left. and someone is low balling on the right and buying paccoins at half the price.
I tried selling my paccoins but the value it was showing on first screen and the value that I would have received was almost half.

Am I right ?

PAC can only be purchased using BTC right now on Cryptopia. The LTC market is down.

The lowest unit of BTC you can use is 0.00000001 = $0.000160

0.00000002 = $0.000320, which is more than the price of PAC.

So, when the LTC trading resumes on Cryptopia more PAC will be sold.
