What is facebook refund?

Be careful with that type of offer, they did black things with the payment method. It will relate to the security of your post.

Yeah right.

It's seems like a potential fraud for me, plain and simple.

Don't get involved in it.

if you want to be in business long term then you should not do this. i think they are scamming you.

That is the contract of the advertising account rental companies, not Facebook. Most account rental companies have such contracts.

Just a heads-up — be cautious with offers like that. If they’re using shady payment methods, it could compromise the security of your post or even your entire account.

This is possible, but you should trade carefully.

That definitely sounds a bit off. Offers like that usually come with hidden risks, like fraud or account issues down the line. I'd be cautious you don't want to end up with your account banned or facing bigger problems.

You can take a request or contact FB support to know that's legit or not. Many technologies will make you lose information easily if you received anything from them unusually.

It is possible but it is only credible when the offer comes directly from FB, no individual can refund you such a large amount of money while there is no problem when using their service.

I believe they mean refunding the threshold amount after spending, which many black hat agencies do, but you still need to verify their legitimacy.

maybe they are talking about your account threshold % split amount, you can consider this if your campaign is still performing well in the new account

This is a very risky model and is often fraudulent. Nearly 90% of similar cases are scams or illegal forms of money laundering from cards/lines.
does anyone know anything about it? i got an offer from a partner and they said they will refund the money i spent on facebook ads, they will pay me 40% of that money, is it really safe and exist?

Facebook does not offer blanket “high” rebates on ad spend to all advertisers. Instead, any rebate‑like incentives are reserved for a small subset of approved Meta Business Partners and are generally modest, often in the 1–5% range—and rarely exceeding 6% even under special arrangements. For the vast majority of advertisers and agencies, there is no direct commission from Meta on ad spend; agencies typically earn revenue through management fees (often 10–20% of spend) rather than platform‑sponsored rebates.

my client also do the same but it will not last long, a good ad account will lead you good results, refund will affect your campaign will stop at that account

yes, they can do it. Refund from FB

I see it still exists but at 40% you should reconsider, it seems like a scam and can easily get your account locked.

This is illegal and really bad for the account. Always get 792 restricted.

Sounds shady, if it sounds too good to be true and there's no clear contract or transparency, it's best to walk away.
