I barely read your post. But come on you would believe that 40% cash back is a realistic offer from a top company? You don't even get 1% from banks, and maybe 3% on a credit card. lmao, another quick richer noob ready to get scammed by bright lights.

Companies need a large budget to run but they don't have it and need to rent, so there is a refun offer, but the % is quite large like this, it's easy to get scammed.

The 40% thing makes it look like an affiliate scam. FB usually only refunds if there’s an error on their end
