What is ETF in bitcoin ?

I read somewhere that ETF is going to happen with bitcoin. Did some search and found that some security is kept for the currency. In this case, who will deposit those BTC as security ? Can anyone explain this in simple language ?

Will it affect prices ?

In simple terms cboe will buy btc and set up an insured fund that is used to trade.
