Depending on the service. Drip-Feed means slowly spreading the likes/comments/views/backlinks or whatever you have ordered over time, instead of blasting them all at once. It is done to make the action look more natural.

Very well said. Drip fed signals increase the chances to get noticed more organically and seem authentic for the audience as well. (Imagine blasting 10k likes on a 1k sized page's post, totally worthless)

1.to supply information constantly but in small amounts
2. provide something in little amount but not all at once
like build almost same amount of backlinks everyday and not blasting links like 10,000 links in a day
