I see this domain list in many backlinks profiles ... What kind of backlink is this?

Domain list aggregators. They automatically scrape the web and update heir list.

It's useless and I think ignored by search engines in terms of PageRank.

Just autogenerates directory links. They are basically useless. Focus on good content, content velocity and strong backlinks all day!
