What is DMCA Ignored Domain! Not Hosting ?

Never heard of DMCA ignored domain before!

I just recently purchased a domain from namecheap with the intention of hosting DMCA ignored hosting site, What is the problems with such a purchase ?

also, any recommendations for good speed and reliable DMCA ignored hosting ?

The DMCA is usually based in Hosting and not in the domain redirectly.

You must search for "DMCA Ignored Hosting"

DMCA is a US law. So you can't use US servers or UK servers to host DMCA content.
Do your own research, you need offshore hosting that is what you are looking for.

For Anonymous Domains:

For domains you can use njal.la (be careful they DON'T allow phishing, fraud, viagra pills, drugs, scam websites!)
With njal.la no information about you are required and is fully anonymous with crypto and you can use TOR they have .onion address :)

Cheapprivacy.ru is also a good alternative to njal.la
Securednet.su is also a good alternative to njal.la (this here they probably allow more things that are write in red, like viagra pills..)
 
Don't ever use Nja.la they are bad, close entire accounts if they don't like your domains

Domains can't ignore DMCA, only hosting can. Namecheap complies with DMCA, so reports can still affect you. For true DMCA ignored setup, use offshore domain + hosting. Good options: Flokinet, Shinjiru, or Abelohost. I hope that help
 
Domains can be DMCA ignore at registrar level. All depends on source of complaint. But ultimately the registry (that runs the TLD) has final say. If they disable domain, then it's game over. Most ICANN accredited registrars follow strict DMCA rules.
 
.tv or .ru domain names through nicenic.net

Edit: Unfortunately, nicenic suspends domain names.
