I have creat some web 2.0 BLOGs, all those DA above 40.
I have create user profile in other sites and drop my articles and their DA also above 40.

I read many SEO articles, in those expert recommend web 2.0 BLOG creation. For me it is very confusing, What DA is there for web 2.0 though I'm getting the same to article

submitting.

Why experts recommend web 2.0 BLOG's, and why they are asking to submit website articles in tier 2. What is differnet between both engines.

Web 2.00s are free and you have the control of your content (and links). You can interlink your articles and choose where to link out.

With article submissions, you don't have that freedom and control.

article submissions aren't considered quality as multiple articles go to same domain domain.com/your-article. With web 20 however you get a unique domain (sub-domain) which is different from other user sites. It kinda becomes like your own domain which has more quality than those article sites.

Web2.0s are more powerful than article submission. Build quality web2.0s and update them regularly to gain more authority. You should update atleast once a month.

Also, build tier2 PBNs links to web2.0s.. it works like a charm.

Web 2.0 sites are hosted in a single authority domain. Linking your main site to Web 2.0 will help you get the opportunity to gain authority and trust in no time. The links you build will pass some link juice back to your main site. You still have to make your links appear natural. From here, you can control your backlinks.

Article submission is where you submit articles to article directories. This is where you can promote your website. You can still pass the link juice back your website. A possibility of increasing your traffic and exposure.
