What is difference between user angent and config?

Hello guys, I want to try some old methodand learn.(as you guys always says-no method is dead, you need to add some twists) i am stuck at user agent and latest config(i came to know about these terms recently. Couldn't find detailed info about it) so i want to know that
what is user agent and what is latest config. And browser fingerprint?
How we can get/buy unlimited real user agent/config?
Do adspower provide user agent?
Do cracked antidetect have latest config?
Can we manually set these in portable firefox?

Or is there any other feasible solution for these problems like UA/CONFIG/Antidetect BROWSERs

These are really basic questions but i want to know and learn.

Browsers fingerprint includes any specs that can be detected like UA, OS, Time, installed plugins, browser version, resoultion etc.
