What is cpalanding .com ' s motive

So there is a website called cpalanding .com that are allowing us to download HQ landing pages free of cost?

I have seen many people do this but they generally put the file in a url shortener or in file locker...but here they allow us to download the files directly.

What's their motive?

Is it an act of kindness or do they have some other motive...
