What would you like to know? In internet marketing terms, CPA is Cost Per Action. As an affiliate in a CPA network, you earn commission whenever someone performs an action. It could be a download, email submit, survey, credit card trial, etc. Does this answer your question? :)

Isn't it Certified Public Accountant? Or are you referring to a term used with SEO? If it's for SEO, then, what I have is wrong.
 
The A has two meanings "Action" is what the affiliate like to think, because they think that
everytime someone fills out a form they will get paid. (How wrong they are.).
Or "Acquisition" which is how the networks measure their expenditure before profit!
