I need like a crash tutorial in CPA. Can someone direct me somewhere?

What tutorial you're referring to? There is nothing complicated about Cost per Acquisition.

You send someone to a webpage using your referral link/code, and get payed once he signs up/buys something.

So. The first thing I need to do is sign up with a CPA company? And then I just take it from there?

The first thing is usually finding a niche with weak competition, then setting up your platform (website for example), then finding a CPA company that offers products for that niche.

Many CPA companies wouldn't accept you if you don't have an advertising platform.
