The best 3 dentists
The 3 best dentists

How about

The best 10 dentists
The 10 best dentists

For these 2 sets, which one is correct english.

Both would be right.
But I'd ideally go with-

"3 Best dentists"
&
"The 10 best dentists"

I'd do this to keep the adjective closer to the noun it refers, and kinda also emphasizing on it.

"The 3 best dentists" - answer is same for both but "Top 3 Dentists" is also good
