i'm new to adwords and can't understand what could be conversion rate? can someone give me any information about that? i can't find any threads about that .

A conversion is basically when a person performs a desired action (sign a contract, sign-up on a mailing list, etcetera), so a conversion rate is how many people performed that action divided by how many people clicked on your ad. Adwords has the definitions on their help pages as well.

The percentage of number of leads/sales got from the number of number of clicks. Conversion rate is very much essential for any campaign. If it is too low, then analyse your campaign thoroughly and do the needful changes accordingly in the Keyword, Adgroups, landing page. Each should be very relevant.
