An established website with whitehat SEO done and earning around $80 per month.
or,
A website not ranked or well search engine optimized but earning around 900 a month with all blackhat stuffs.
i have a website which i am willing to sell and i have done SEO on it. Whitehat.Earning $80 per month, with an asking price of over 2500 usd.
I believe being a well optimized website is a primary thing to make a website established.. once that is done i can always implement blackhat methods to earn more.
PS: so if people think the website is over priced then would they buy the website if i ask $9000 for it after i make $900 per month? won't $9000 be tooooooo much for them as well?
I wanna know what's your views on this?
