i got this message from codeen saying i am be observed stuff like that and it also said that if im commting crime that i will reported to the police.

all i did was download new proxies from ip proxy changer

A quick Google search shows that codeen seems to a proxy server / experiment out of Princeton University. Maybe it's a generic message they send out whenever you use their proxies. Considering your from Europe, I doubt thier's much they can do anyway.

They fucking suck that's all. Avoid those shit fucks at all costs, the proxies they provide have very limited use. Restricted to a point where you can't even check email. Most of codeen proxies have the same port.. Like I said, try avoiding it.
