You're amazed by the video that runs in the background? It's just HTML thing.
When I click on the buttons, it's JS and their check sucks because doesn't matter I'll click, the end results is the same: This game is not available in your country. It's probably just for Poland.
But the code can easily be PHP in the backend.

Thanks bro. Yes, video is just html thing, that I understood and yes, their sucks (doesnt matter what Ill click..), I tried it.

So JavaScript - where to start to search for "that kind of code and how to implement" it to my site?

Searching for 'mp4 background html' in Google will yield you good resource/tutorials to implement it on your site/page. You will need to tweak some values/css depending on your layout but if you're having trouble, hiring someone in fiverr is a cheap and effective way to have it done - no headaches and faster too.
