a cloak is a program that redirects bots and lets the traffic goto your money page.
bots are from the page your link was from and there spying on your link to see if your trying to use the link for traffic to make money and if so ,get your account ban where the link came from.

Its a BH theory in which we create a Safe landing page for approval so the bots which are crawling for verification will check that safe page , but when a user / visitor comes from residential IP he/she will be shown main money page.

Thanks mates. cloak is really make awesome. how can i study cloaking? any cloaking threads in our BHW? because i never ever seen such a best place for study site and also a earn site in anyother forum like BHW.

This technique is part of blackhat SEO. One should not use it. When user search for any site then web browser displays the information of correct website but when you actually visit that information that time it redirects you to different site.
It happens many time that we search for some different site and you are redirected to pornographic site, it is nothing but cloaking. Purpose of it is to increases the visitors for the site and site rank get increases.

cloaking takes your URL for CPA. and covers /hides it with another URL. This new URL would be a domain name you would have to buy.
So basically now your CPA link is hidden or 'cloaked'
your traffic will be redirected/sent to your CPA link from the new domain name
and any bots from google/facebook will be sent somewhere else
