I am not a specialist of black hat SEO but I believe the meaning has somehow changed over time. I joined this forum because it is well known as an internet marketing forum, not because it is for black hat purely. The forum name itself could be confusing to some readers though.

Black hat SEO refers to the use of aggressive SEO techniques, strategies and tactics that focus only in search engines and usually doesn't obey search engine guidelines.
