It is the process of putting on a blackhat(obviously) while doing Search Engine Optimization on your website.
You can swap the blackhat for a white one to have Whitehat SEO.
On a serious note and to be more accurate with the actual meaning, virtually everything we do today with respect to SEO(especially backlinks) is blackhat SEO.
The use of PBNs is what most people consider blackhat but in reality almost everything. It's hard.

SEO means search engines optimisation and it only works when u work manually no bots no third party application, only you and your knowledge.
Advice -: do not believe in any thing like black hat SEO, Carding, automated money making, make money by app, its all just useless.
There are very few original methods of earning passive income must read some good article written by some good publications.
What fucking rubbish are you on about, stop spitting nonsense about things you clearly have no clue about.
