what do u think what is better mass backlinks with pr 0 to 6 or not so much(300) with pr 3-7 or both versions are good.
what do u think pls help me

fewer backlinks with high PR.

PR0-1 doesn't give you much really

If the links are targeted the pr0-1 are also good, but still believe pr3-7 are better

PR0-PR3 are much easier to get so there's no reason to avoid them, but it will take a lot more backlinks to get the same results as with backlinks from higher PR pages.

The higher the PR of a page, the higher the power of backlinks you get from it.

That fact gives you the answer. You're always better off if you can get backlinks from higher PR pages. The higher the PR, the more power you'll get from that backlink.

So basically you want to get both. Low PR because they're easy, high PR because they're powerful.

Try first to create not much backlinks but with high PR.
Then, on a longer period, create mass backlinks (low/mixed PR) linked to your high PR backlinks.

But as with many things, quality is more important than quantity.

I agree with everyone about higher quality backlinks over quantity, but there are several factors you must consider about backlinks before you go too crazy on building links. The most important is concerning the age of the domain. New domains can suffer if you don?t space out the links correctly? even if the links are from high PR sites. Plan accordingly.
