What is better Twitter option?

The above is a better way nowadays. Nowadays, somehow, Twitter can "see" anti-detect browsers.
Buy a few cheap used laptops and user different browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc) with a few (or many) browser profiles in each browser. Then use 4G mobile IPs. When creating a Twitter account, at that time ensure that the system (laptop's) time matches the time zone of the country of the Twitter account that you are creating.

Proxy is good rather than residential IP as your home network is Static so you can't create massive account.
Thx but the IP is not only mine. Probably many clients have this ip from this provider, or I am missing sthg?

IP address isn't same for all in proxy, proxy gives a temp IP so you can use that.
