Hi.

Today i have a question, how to get better results for example

1 link from authority website DA PA + 50 in my niche, or 30-50 link from DA 20 etc?

Both should be necessary in order get good result. But make sure it will be clean & relevant to your niche.

Tier 1 :- Authority links
Tier 2:- DA 20+ links

Tier 1: Highest-Quality Links
Tier 2: Web 2.0s, Web 2.0 Profile, PDF, Google Place and Bookmarking (High DA)

I have built three PBNs this year and recently merged them into one. My initial strategy was to go for quality over quantity but I am starting to move away from this. Say you have three high quality domains propping a site up and then one gets manually reviewed. You just lost a third of your power. If you have 20 domains propping a site up and you lose a domain there is less chance of seeing much of an effect.

Hello,

You did not specify if these are homepages, so I will assume internal pages, but it is probably similar in both cases.

I will take the 30 links with lower DA versus 1 link with higher DA, assuming none of it is spam. The reason is you increase your RD by 30, and imo this is what will have the most intact; in addition you can use a variety of 30 different anchors versus just 1 anchor, which in itself can help your anchor distributuion.

Metrics are almost meaningless. That DA50 site could have a spammy link profile. Don't get blinded by meaningless metrics.

You can start by telling us the amount of RD those domains have. That still isn't an exact way to determine the power of the domain, but it's definitely X times more reliable than that Moz crap metric.

1 good link is better than 30 as the average metrics of 30 links will go down.

I would say the more the better. Moz metrics can be manipulated so you should ensure the DA 50 is actually better than the DA 20 domain.

Nargil just a quick question , Did you notice recent drop in Moz metrics ? Especially the DA .

I think some of my pages DA went -1/-2 in DA If I’m not mistaking

If the DA AND the PA are both 50+ and in your niche, that would be better than 20 general DA 20 ( where PA might be 1 ) which aren't niche relevent.

So if you're site/blog is about investments and the link is from The Times or Wall Street Journal, that's more revlevent than 20 links from 20 random blogs.

However as has been mentioned, the Moz metrics aren't the be all and end all.
It would also be interesting to know the traffic these pages the link would be posted upon and also the RDs too.

Moz and Majestic are useless in terms of quality checking.
It's always better to go for Niche Relevant links and for quality checking, look out for Daily Traffic, Clean Anchors, Site Age, Kw Ranked, etc etc.

Can't really comment on that. I do not keep a close eye on the DA nor any other metrics to be honest. I only keep an eye on metrics of my premium domains.

Oh alright ... Thanks

depends on PA

it's really easy:

1xDA+PA=xxx
vs
20xDA+PA=XXX
just add the numbers, and you have you winner.

SEO is just some simple equasion , dont make it to complicated.

else, you can even do the math with 1xTF/CF= and 20xTF/CF=
