I think generatepress has minimalistic code with vanilla js which makes website load faster

Those you listed are all good. I prefer Blocksy and Stackable combo. Using PostX for magazine websites. I might go for Bricks for a very specific website, but this takes more time than Blocksy for example. Page speeds on all the websites I create are 90+ and pass core web vitals.
