What is best tutorial to learn and understand Jarvee?

At the moment I am learning Jarvee. I want to use it for one of each social media accounts, just to slowly build up my audience, and to schedule post. Nothing fancy.

I already started using it, and I set it up to work correctly. However, I want to improve my knowledge and learn more about it. What are some good tutorials on the internet or on BHW? Is anybody willing to help me so I can shoot him a PM?

I always read things like "search on BHW there are a lot of useful info for settings" etc, but please can somebody point me in the right direction for a good free course, youtuber, blog?
