What is Best Practices for Rewriting Competitors' Content in WordPress Blog

I have a WordPress blog, and I am interested in including links to my competitors' articles while creating unique blog posts based on those links.

For example, lets say this is a competitor's link:

https://www.historydefined.net/must-see-photos-in-history/.

The article contains more than 20 photos with descriptions.

I would like to copy all the photos but rewrite the descriptions in plagiarism-free language. How can I do this effectively while ensuring my content remains original?

Resize the pixels and when possible mirror the pictures then just rewrite it (there are not that many of them )for example : A family poses with their covered wagon, Kansas, 1908. can become Kansas circa 1908: farmers with their horse drawn covered wagon. also change the order of the pictures. you could also put it in chat gpt with the prompt to paraphrase this sentence 5 times then pick the one which sounds the most human.
