Market Samurai is the best at the moment. My personal opinion.

I too like market samurai and Niche-Finder. Since EMD's got nerfed it's a bit harder to find and rank a MNC.

I recommend you google adwords tools and push your brain a little bit... Otherwise there is no software which will help you to pickup a niche...
