People are going to be very reluctant to give you good solid information about this topic which has already been asked dozens of times in the forums. I suggest that you use the search bar to find the information that you are looking for. Just 5 posts and you're looking for a handout? What have you contributed to others that is going to convince someone to share their prized secrets and strategies?

Without trying to sound like a complete a$$hole, I am trying to spoon feed you with the information that you are looking for. Follow my steps above and you will find it. As a matter of fact, once you read several more threads about CPA networks, you will have a more informed decision to make as to which one is the "best" one. Instead, everyone will post their favorite that they may use which may differ from your strengths and weaknesses.
Another point to make here....
Since we know very little about you, tell us a little about yourself, your experience in IM. Don't give away your gold (i.e. - your niche or methods) but tell us what you have in place that is working or not working. There are many fine CPA networks out there but they may or may not accept you based on what types of websites you create. Many will want to know what CPA experience you have and if you reply "I read about it on the internet and thought it was for me", you will get denied.
I recommend reading as much information you can on the subject so you know all the steps and processes involved. This research needs to be performed before you even settle on a CPA network because your methods will often determine which offers you would like to promote.
I hope I did not offend you at all with the statements I had made here, just lending you my helpful ear and pointing you in a good direction to get started.
