I have used onehourindexing in the past, but it doesn't work well now.Would appreciate if anyone comes up with the best service.

Choose the one who at least able to crawl your backlinks by Google. Right now I'm using many services but the working ones are:

1. Lindexed
2. Link Centaur
3. Speed Links

I used linkcentaur for a few month's with pretty good results also they are cheap.
