What does it mean to build links from [Profile Links], [Web 2.0 Websites], [Article Directories], [Blog Comments]?
First of all, I wonder what is [Profile Links], [Web 2.0 Websites], [Article Directories], [Blog Comments]?
Could anyone please give me an easy definition and examples?
I'd please to hear from you all.

Profile Links = Link placed on your profile after you signup on a forum board.
Web 2.0 Websites- sites like wordpress,blogger etc
Article Directories - Sites where you can post articles with a link back to your main site. ex: ezinearticles.com,articlesbase etc
Blog Comments- Well, this are...comments made on blogs using your keyword(in name field) and your website(in site field):D

This question is on par with "what is SEO?". If you're serious about it, you need to read lots, read the basics first, search duckduckgo.com for "how to build links" and start from there.
 
I am sure if you just Googled your question, you would find thousands of similar threads, not just here but on many forums all asking the same question. It is best off to do a little of your own research before asking questions on the very basics.
 
Make sure the backlinks are high quality. After google's penguin update they will punish websites that have backlinks from what google considers spammy sites.
 
I can only give you a suggestion to not buy some backlinks service on fiverr marketplace, it is low quality. Safest way is build it manually, build high quality content that other website owners will want to link to. OR get a list of backlinks your competitors use. Then replicate their link building strategies.
