What is Back Offer traffic please?

Hi guys.

Been offered some members area traffic from adult dating sites. The rep selling the traffic said the traffic is Back Offers.

Not quite sure what that is? I know of popunder traffic, is it the same sort of traffic?

Backoffer traffic example :

User goes to pornhub (or any other site)
Clicks on ad & goes to landingpage
Is not interested in the offer, wants to leave the page
Hits the back button
Gets redirected with small javascript code to another offer (the backoffer)

Personally I really don't rate back offers as decent traffic as it normally just annoys people. For me if I'm redirected to another offer after hitting the back button I'll not even look at the back offer. It's up there with pop ups and pop unders as most annoying ads Imo
